This position is a General Manager level.  Job Description :   Qualification :   - M Tech - Material Science or Mechanical  - Ph.D would be preferred  Experience : 8 to 12 yrs  Location : Pune Corporate office  Key roles & responsibilities :   - Understanding of new salvage technology (example- High Velocity Oxy Fuel, Thermal Viral Coating, Plasma Sparing, Laser Cladding etc)  - Building salvage (re-manufacturing) lab  - Close association with government labs (example- DRDO Labs, ARCI Labs, CMTI Lab,  - Project planning and capex planning for labs  - Strong Leadership qualities and driving ownership  - Seamless integration with universities (example IIT Bombay), government counter parts,  Key competency : Knowledge in Base Engines and material science is a MUST  Travel :   - International travel would be there  - 3 to 5 months to US, Mexico and other countries   Swati Gupta
