This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving ideation, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.   - The GM Marketing will work closely with both internal teams and external agencies in the areas of product development, BTL/ATL activity, advertising / communication development, media planning and research.   You will be able to demonstrate proven experience in the following:   - PG/Diploma Degree qualifications in marketing from a Good B-School   - Significant Hardcore Ayurvedic brand experience working within a large /Medium organisations;  - Strong brand management experience including developing ATL/BTL communications and /or successful innovation   - Proven project management experience with strong commercial acumen   - Solid exposure to managing budgets and P&L's   - A strong understanding of sales and Trade marketing   - The passion and tenacity to drive genuine business growth for this key focus area of the business.
