Job Profile:

- Managing and working with Sales & Marketing Team

- Setting up Team targets, monitoring progress of achievement; meeting sales targets

- Preparing Sales & Marketing Plan for new project launch preparing collateral's, sales projections, price determination, etc.

- Responsible for developing database for selling of industrial, residential and commercial properties

Other necessary skills:

- People Management

- Work Experience in FMCG Company will be a added advantage

- Excellent Leadership skills

- Evaluated target markets and proposed marketing strategies

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
