GM - Marketing Analytics - CPG

We are looking for Sr. Management professionals having strong experience in Marketing (CPG) Analytics for Bangalore location.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role: GM

Experience :10 + Years

Location: Bangalore

Nature of Work: Primarily marketing analytics in the space of research for FMCG

Industry knowledge: CPG

Functional Knowledge: Marketing and CMI (Consumer and Market Insights)

Responsibilities:

- Complete P&L and People ownership

- Manage an offshore and onshore team

- Identify opportunities of growth and leverage them to grow the account

- Accountable for all the deliveries of the team

- Provide thought leadership to deliver value to the client  

Prior work experience:

- Hands on experience in Consulting/Analytics for CPG companies in consumer insights and marketing Strategies

- Should have had a role of Consumer Insights/ Strategy in a CPG company with a background  in Qualitative and Quantitative Research for CPG clients

- Must have at least 2-3 years of international exposure working onsite with a min of 10+ years of total work experience

Soft skills:          

- Client Engagement with senior member of the client`s team

- Inter-personal, team management and project management skills

- Facilitation and conflict resolution skills
