Candidate with Tamil Language Proficiency Preferred
Must have managed very effective Training & Development function as part of his HR Portfolio.
Must be a Strong Proven Successful HR Professional to manage 5000+ retail work force.
Should possess strong Leadership Skills.
Must have 20 years experience out of which at least last 5 years as The Head of HR Function in a Leading Organization, preferably in Corporate Retail.
Preferably, well versed with all relevant HR related regulations including PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shop & Establishment regulations, etc.
Must have Proven track record and possess strong Passion towards Employees Welfare to sustain and take the initiatives forward to make Employer as the Most Preferred Employer to work for.
