Lead / General Manager-Business Development (Large Deals)

Client: Large US Multinational IT / BPO organisation, with multiple centres in India, on the look out for Professionals who are into Business Development, Large Deals Negotiations, Solutions Design for IT Services.

Job Description:

- Manage end to end solution design for US / Europe/ APAC/ India based MNC Clients

- Involve in the beginning presales stage and continue till the project delivery stage.

- Manage large bid clients worth $ 100 million or more. .

- Solution design for existing and new clients, and actively transform the solutions and mine existing clients.

- Extensive Client interaction, engagement and business salesmanship.

An ideal candidate would be:

- 10 years of experience out of which 3-5 in an IT organisation engaged in.

- Has extensively worked with clients from varied industries managed large bids of 100 million or more in value, in the present and previous organisations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Analytical and problem solving skills to be the best.

- Preferably has a multiple entry US / UK visa.
