Post graduate in Business Administration in HR or IT.  2.	Work experience: 8-12 years of experience with atleast 3-4 years of relevant experience in the HR IT domain.   3.	Project management experience including managing the full life-cycle implementation of key technology projects.  4.	Handling of Implementation/Upgrade projects of HR tech platforms like SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle.  5.	Understanding of HR processes.  6.
