A Rapidly growing Europe based Food & Beverages (F&B) organization has set up their Instant Coffee plant in India and now looking for GM Sales for their Mid East & Africa (MEA) region to be based of out of India.  Please note- candidates without International sales experience in Instant Coffee will not be considered.  Role: International Sales & Marketing(S&M) of Instant Coffee   Designation: General Manager/GM-(S&M)  Reporting to : Director   Minimum Qualification: Preferred to have PG diploma or masters in international/foreign trade   Minimum Work experience: 4 - 9 years of sales in international markets   Industry/Sector Specific experience: Instant Coffee  Location: Flexible (Anywhere in India)  Preferred location: Sullurpet, Nellore District, AP (appx 80 kms north of Chennai/TN)   Candidates who are based out of Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai and not open to shift their base can also be accommodated at their current location.  Must Have:   Sales & Marketing (S&M) experience in International Markets for Instant Coffee.  Minimum Current Salary : INR 20 lacs  Travel: Willing to travel extensively to Africa & Gulf Countries  Key Accountabilities/KRAs:   - Identification of key markets and potential customers   - Identification of potential customers   Skills/Experience required to perform the role:   Essential:   - Hard working   - Aggressive   - have worked in similar field in Africa & South Eastern Asian or ASEAN Markets   - have worked in coffee/tea sales in Africa & South Eastern Asian or ASEAN countries   - have traveled internationally in the previous job   Soft Skills:   - Excellent Communication skills   - Ability to work in team and individual capacity   - Strong leader   - Can drive the sales growth   - Not shy to be in market in building relationship with customers.   Personal competencies:   The Values:   - Speed & Efficiency   - Hard working   - Integrity.   - Honest   - Eagerness to grow professionally.   No. of reportee's : 2 to 3   Appx Travel % : (International) Extensive at the beginning   Language skill.
