Responsibilities:  - Responsible to prepare yearly Internal audit plan for all legal entities / Segments while keeping in mind the risk environment and possible areas of concern  - Get the audit plan approved  - Work closely with business unit sector controllers to evaluate the existing internal controls environment and bring in tighter checks and balances and processes to improve the internal controls  - Work closely with auditors in terms of addressing the concerns and audit findings  - Lead a team of professionals, guide them on audit procedures and policies  - Closely associate with business unit sectors and understand the business side of operations.  - Help to oversee the Company’s financial reporting process and the disclosure of its financial information to ensure that the financial statement is correct, sufficient and credible  - Assist the Board of the company in reviewing investigations into the matters where suspected fraud or irregularity or failure of internal control systems of material nature and reporting the matter to the Board.   Educational Qualification and Experience.  - CA / CPA with minimum 10 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in relevant areas.  - Should have worked in US multinational where SOX procedures are implemented  - Should have thorough knowledge of Indian / US GAAP accounting  - Up to date knowledge with Indian Companies act and other corporate laws.  - Effective communication both oral and written skills  - Must have worked on ERP systems  - Should have good knowledge of MS office and report making skills  Interested candidates can forward their updated resumes and can call at 07838090992 for any further clarifications.
