The role would involve the following responsibilities:

We are looking for a person preferably with 12 to 15+ years experience in an end to end plant HR/ IR profile from the manufacturing industry or allied industries with plant exposure.

The position would be based in Delhi NCR and preference would be for candidates from the NCR region.

MBA with specialization in HR.

The incumbent would be primarily responsible for plant HR activities including IR issues, compliances, resolving labor issues etc.
