Hiring for a leading corporate in ISP & Infomedia/Entertainment sector, based at Hyderabad

JD:

- A key member of the senior management team, the incumbent would be part of the Management Committee

Proven track record in the area of:

- Business Partnership and Leadership

- Organisation development with a huge focus on culture building

- Change management interventions on structure, policies and processes

- Manpower planning & Recruitment

- Driving Employee Engagement via planned interventions

- Instituting an HR excellence model in the area of HR operations

Essential Attributes:

- Ability to connect with the business and interpret the needs into HR solutions

- Ability to lead diverse teams with diverse culture; especially an environment that is transitioning from an entrepreneurial set up to a professional one

- High focus on execution

- Attitude to run the function with an hands on approach

- Develop, Institute and foster process driven culture

- Ability to take teams and stakeholders along

- Ability to convert unstructured environment into an organized eco system

- Self-starter and self-motivated to thrive in a PE environment

Preferred background:

- Should be an MBA/MSW ( specialisation in HR) with min 8 years of experience in core domain

- Preferably should have worked in organisations that are high on operations

- Sound knowledge and experience in Developmental HR
