At present, the company is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing professional with experience across web marketing, social media marketing, search optimization and driving marketing strategies to work closely with marketing leadership team and technology team to drive and implement strategies for business growth.

Job Description:

- Reporting into Head of Marketing, you would be responsible to lead a team of digital marketing professionals supporting global geographies.

You would also be responsible for:

- Develop strategic marketing capabilities to support onshore teams.

- Work on online marketing and social media platforms to improve visibility and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

- Working closely with technology and vendor teams including agencies to improve user interface and technology architecture.

- You would work with business heads to identify and create new business opportunities and deepen engagement with onshore team.

The Successful Candidate:

- You should hold a Master's degree with minimum of 12 years of relevant experience working in digital marketing/digital analytics working with an MNC organization.

- Exposure to all core areas of digital marketing like marketing analytics, social media analytics, user interface, information architecture etc.

- Strong understanding of search and social media marketing platforms will be preferred.

- Proven track record of managing international stakeholders in a leadership role.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of managing large business.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
