We have the following vacancy:
GM-HR: reporting to the CEO, will lead the HR function and be responsible for all Strategic & Operational HR, IR / Personnel, Compliance & Admin.
Will be the Strategic business partner providing continuous support to the business & manufacturing units. Will work closely with SBU & Functional Heads.
Will lead a team of professionals.
Must be working in a manufacturing organization and have strong experience in IR & ER including union / wage settlements, resolution of industrial disputes & IR issues.
Candidate Profile: MBAs (premier / leading institutes) aged 35-45 with 12-25 years strong experience in Strategic & Operational HR & IR preferably in Manufacturing organisations with headcounts between 250 & 1000.
Should have strong conceptual and execution strengths and experience in building robust and effective HR delivery strategies.
Must have strong IR / Compliance exposure nd must have personally handled union+wage settlements, resolution of industrial disputes / IR issues.
Experience in setting up a grassroots/greenfield manufacturing plant is desirable. Must have strong commercial orientation
