GM/Head - Finance - CA - Services Organisation

Company Profile: Our client is a large, professionally managed, exponentially growing, highly reputed service organisation-Leaders in their field. The current headcount is over 1200 and expected to go up substantially in the next 3 years. The organisation has over 100 branches spread all over and the branch numbers are also expected to increase substantially in the next 3 years. Our clients seek to recruit a Strategic Finance professional to lead the Finance & Accounts team nationally. Will be based in Western Suburbs of Mumbai & report to the CEO. Job Profile:

- Would be heading the Finance function and expected to work as a Business Partner on Strategic & Operational aspects.

- Would be expected to partner very actively in achieving the organisation's expansion & growth plans.

- Would be actively involved in strategising & implementing M&As, Funds-Raising, Cost-Reduction Initiatives, Capital expenditure management to facilitate procurement of high-technology equipments, working capital management to facilitate rapid growth & expansion of branches.

Will have a small team of F&A reportees.

Candidate Profile:

- CAs aged primarily between 32-42 with 8-18 years experience of which recent years must be in a senior level in multi-branch-locational service organisations (e.g.logistics, healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, QSRs,training etc.).

- Must be very strong in strategic & operational Finance.

- Must be willing to work independently.

- Must have worked as Head-Finance of a mid-sized organisation that has gone through rapid scale-up.

- Must have achieved results in the areas of M&As, Fund-Raising, Cost-Reduction, working-capital management etc.

- Must have had extensive exposure to rapid scale-up of operations and headcount.

- Preferably staying in Western Suburbs.
