About our Client - Our Clients are a large Indian business with interests in Infrastructure, Hospitality, Education and Medicare. Their hospitality vertical is among the fastest growing business for them and they have big expansion plans for this year. They are looking for a well experienced individual to take their growth story forward.

Job Description - As the GM-Hotels you will be reporting into the Group CFO and be responsible to:

- Manage the overall functions of accounting and financial reporting

- Advise Business Head on Financial Strategy and its impact on Divisional objectives

- Participate in strategic and financial planning

- Lead the preparation of budgets, compare performance against the projections, suggest improvements to projection methods and analyze failings, if any

- Establish and review internal controls and business processes for enhancement and development

- Lead the finance teams to ensure the accuracy and timely submission of monthly financial reports to the management

- Ensure smooth implementation of financial systems, purchasing systems and its integration to the front-office systems

- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasts

- Lead, train, motivate and build a strong team and develop strategies for efficient utilization of resources

- Liaise with the auditors, bankers, legal advisors and relevant authorities across the region

The Successful Candidate :

- You must be a Chartered Accountant with atleast 10 years of post qualification experience of which you must have spent 8 years in the hospitality industry.

- In your current role you should be over-all in charge of a large property or multiple small properties. You must have exposure to all areas of Finance and must be leading a team of 5+ people.
