We are looking for GM/ DGM level candidate for Employee Health and Benefits in Mumbai or Hyderabad or Bangalore Locations with minimum of 10 years experience.   Position reports to Vice President   Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for driving sales of Core Products.   - Promote Health & Wellness among the corporate houses.   - Increase engagement with the clients & channel partners by offering add-on products e.g. Cashless OPD, Top up, Health Check up through on line portal, on-site & off-site wellness programs etc.  - Focused approach to achieve annual target of the region with the help of a dedicated sales team.   - Channel Activation (Intermediaries & Agents) to increase the business portfolio  - Market research on new initiatives in the field of health and wellness  - Define Sales strategy in accordance with Market practice  - Training and Development of team resources for the purpose of optimum utilization  Profile :  - Experience in deal with Corporate CXO and VP level for employee health and other benefits.   - Candidate should be from excellent communication skills.   - MBA (Marketing / BD)
