GM/DGM - Production  Department: Production - Sterile  Ensure cGMP in Sterile Manufacturing Process and meeting targets through quality delivery. Develop methods and procedures for bringing efficiency in production and employee development.   - Will handle end- to-end production activities for respective manufacturing Block.  - B.Pharm / M.Pharm with Specialization in pharmaceutics or Industrial Pharmacy  - 15 to 20 years of relevant experience   - End-to-end process experience in Production and Packaging of Parenteral drugs from reputed pharmaceutical organisation.  - Responsible for activities of all production activities of Cephalosporins.  - Planning and maintaining inventory of raw material and packing material based on the plan.  - Planning & execution of manufacturing and packing operations as per the time-line specified.  - Address problems that occurs during production, including problems with product, raw materials & equipment  - Ensure compliance to systems and written procedures.  - Review of written procedures/Validation protocols/MMR & MPR etc  Must have experience in:  - Powders fill Manufacturing & Packaging.  - Contamination control.  - End to end production and Packing activities.  - cGMP  - Quality  - Safety  - Regulatory Compliance  - People Management  - Negotiation Skills  - Communication Skills  - Interpersonal Skills  - Change Management Skills  - Leadership Skills  Please share your CV with CTC - fix, variable and notice period   Will then share the complete JD and company information.   Shobha
