Major Responsibilities:
- Driving the direct sales: B2C sales responsibilities
- Managing & leading teams while ensuring successful process operations while developing procedures & service standards for business & operational excellence
- Charting out sales plans and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth and achieving revenue and profitability norms
- Spearheading operations/ business with an aim to accomplish corporate plans & goals successfully
- Devising and implementing plans aimed at facilitating enhancement of business volumes and promoting products in the segment.
- Able to expand market, brand building, generating new trade and targeting the potential customers / consumers.
- Adroit in creating business development procedures, dealership standards and sales strategies as well as service delivery plans & guidelines
- Achieving sales targets,managing direct and indirect verticals,ensuring revenue targets achieved
- Successful launch of residential clusters and implementing innovative ways to drive business through direct team engaged and indirect team channel partners
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA / PGDM / equivalent degree in Marketing (Full Time)
- Should be working in BFSI / Automobile / FMCG / FMCD / Telecom / Retail industries
- Should have amazing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Experience into B2C Sales and lead a team of Sales Managers & Sr. Managers
- Flexible to work even in weekends.
