Job Description:

8-12 years experience in Controlling / MIS/FP24 in FMCG /waste Goods / Automotive

- Monthly file preparation for COGNOS reporting

- To ensure correct and timely monthly and quarterly reporting without missing the group deadline.

- To ensure that all COGNOS form and submission updated correctly and given the status in the command center for completion of the reporting.

- To provide the variances analysis to the management and to do the analytic review with the budget and forecast comparison.

- Provide various type of report to management for decision making, mainly segment wise profitability, ratio analysis, material expenses analysis, variances on operating expenses, etc....)

- Brize analysis on the various reporting factors.

- To discuss with the production team for open production, COGI and follow with them for closing.

- COGI to be highlighted to production team and follow with them for closing the COGI with the help of controlling manager.

- To check the open delivery posted in the sales but invoice not prepared.

- To check the sales document pending for accounting.

- To ensure that all CO monthly closing process is done correctly on time without any error

- Once CO closing is over, to ensure that all posting are going correctly in the system.

- Open the period for regular transaction for all the FFIPL users.

Finance & Account

- Follow-up with accounting team for bill booking status which is require for month end closing.

- Provision review and comparison with the forecast, budget and to ensure that all provision has been consider.

- To ensure that all team members are working closely and coordinating each other.

- Coordinate with Aurangabad team for FIM and FS to get the closing status and help them for smooth closing.

- To ensure with the team that they are helping and resolving the issues created or highlighted by other various department

- To support production, marketing, sales, service and logistics on various FOX related issues
