For our client in Mumbai, we have vacancy of GM - Corporate HR and is based in Mumbai.We are looking for candidates from 1996-2000 batches from reputed B Schools.

Candidates preferably from Telecom, IT, ITES, would be preferred for these roles.

Candidates with prior experience from MNCs, with excellent process implementation and extensive people management experience, at corporate levels, rather than regional levels, will be an ideal fit.

The role would be responsible for talent management, organizational strategies, methodologies, tools, metrics to build people capabilities that optimize organizational capabilities.

Candidates with an exposure to all OD, L & D initiatives will have an added advantage.
