- Manage customer churn and retention   - Drive execution of all marketing support activities through customer service touch-points (including campaign management (incl. up-sell/cross-sell), retention activities, etc.)  - Create the churn strategy for all customer segment.  - Create plans to meet the churn targets, review and monitor to desired targets  - Manage both value and volume churn for the org, create retention tools for multiple CS channels  - Assist marketing in creating the upsell/crosssell products,   - Design delivery strategy for customer service  - Ensure delivery of all marketing campaigns using CS channels.
