We have a strategic leadership role - General Manager - Channel Relationship Management with one of the eCommerce company Head quartered in Noida with its presence in pan India (8 Cities).  Position: GM - Channel Relationship Management  Reporting to: BH   - Guide team of Regional - Channel Managers across cities in achieving their goals (South, West Region)  - Monitor performance of team and implement solutions for improving their productivity and meeting organization goals  - Organize regular channel events to engage channel partners  - Ensure channel feedback is gathered and appropriate actions are taken to improve channel performance  - Manage Channel loyalty program to identify key channel partners for referral revenue  - Update top management on the team progress.  - Should be able to control and handle a team strength of 250-300 people  - Should have a good Channel network in Maharashtra Region.
