Position: General Manager/ Business Head - Specialised High-end Wall Panel & Ceiling Solutions

Role:

- Lead the niche business from a Revenue, Cost and Profitability point of view

- Lead the Sales team

- Currently the company sells the product in India by importing it from its parent. However, they are planning to set up a plant for the same in India. Help with the business planning for the plant

- Work closely with global counterparts

Requirements:

- 11+ yrs in business development/ sales in the building products business including lighting, electrical, HVAC, Wall Panel, Ceiling Solutions, Building Materials related industry with some experience in managing a business unit

- Should ideally have experience in managing a business from a profitability standpoint

- Should have lead a team

- Should have experience in Solution Sales
