GM - Business Development ( Enterprise Learning Services ) @ Bangalore, India  We are looking for relevant candidates to fill the following position with a leading client in staffing and training services domain.  Position : GM - Business Development ( Enterprise Learning Services )  Education : Grad/ MBA  Experience : 8 - 12 years (should have adequate exposure to corporate sales of training and related services in South India markets )  Location : Bangalore (Only locals or those from other southern locations with 100% commitment to relocate to Bangalore with family being considered )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate would be responsible for achieving enterprise clients from business Leads for training services.   - Mapping & developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat business.   - Managing client operations till completion of projects.  - Responsible for resolving customer complaints on performance bottlenecks.   - Manage enterprise sales teams spread across south region locations. P & L responsibility for south region.   - Key Account Management.  - Expand region to other geographies in South (Hyderabad, Chennai and other cities).  - To Grow List of clients in IT and non IT sector. Sales & business development of training services.  - Market research for identifying new clients, lead generation. Pursuing new leads and converting them into prospects and subsequent deal closures and business perpetuity.   - Client relationship Management for servicing their training requirements.   - End to end responsibility: Understanding the training requirement, serving them, coordinating with the trainer for effective delivery of training.
