Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:  - Responsible for research and identification of new opportunities for company existing and new business.  - Responsible for formulating implementing new product / new business strategies.  - Build strategic marketing plans for new markets entry.  - Suggest strategy for key account for building strong and long relationship.  - Provides inputs for pricing strategy and life cycle management of the products based on product strategy.  - Complete competitors analysis to asses pricing, customer strength, customer connect and suggest strategy for sales to drive revenue.  - Tracks product in terms of demand, availability.  - Ensure consistency of strategy development across the Business and role up to a corporate strategy that integrates the business and functional groups.  - Perform market Segment analysis to provide insight and market needs.  - Support the R&D strategy in terms of new product development, new application.  Critical Skill and Knowledge Requirement for this position:   Skill and Knowledge Needed:  - Is able to translate long term strategy into effective annual marketing plans.  - Has the ability to understand various markets and provide solutions for strategic initiatives.  - Ability to build effective pricing strategy.  - Ability to assess competitor information and provide tactical inputs to sales.  - Management of Product Life Cycle and effective market penetration for market share.  - Strong analytical skills.  - Functional/Business understanding in B2B environment with international exposure
