Job Description:

Job Title: GM/ AVP- Consumer Insights

Experience: 8 years - 12 years

Education: BE,MBA from Tier I colleges

Industry : Telecom, eCommerce, FMCG, Research

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Engineer with an MBA from a premier institute

- Totally, 8-12 years in Consumer Insights & New Product development, out of which at least the last 3-4 years are in Product development.

- Experience in Tech based products development

- Experience in setting up processes to drive innovations and new product ideas using consumer insights

- Ability to conceptualize and establish interactions with stakeholders like consumers/middlemen to understand need gaps and new business opportunities

- Out of box thinker who can get in to consumers' head and is not afraid to work under pressure

- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research techniques

- Ability to liaison with different departments and service them as internal customers to this position

- Intrinsically motivated to deliver the best on time and with quality.
