GM / AGM - Category Operations - Bangalore Area   Looking for individuals with 5 - 10 yrs of experience into Category Operations in E-Retail Ops.   Skills:   - Commercial abilities   - Analytical abilities  - Target management  - In depth understanding of fashion, lifestyle, electronics & other retail products & categories  Key Responsibilities:  - On boarding of brands  - Constant focus on rev max of per brand & per category  - Supporting brands where ever required  - SKU product category information updated on E mall  Performance KPIs:  - Rev per brand  - Percentage of product online of the brand ( product online/ total products in the store)  - Participation of retailers/brands in E mall activities  Min. Qualification : Graduate, MBA (Marketing)  Behavioural Capabilities : Interpersonal, Communication, team management & Presentation skill  People from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ebay & other large Ecommerce companies would be preferred.
