The enterprise has more than 50 Shop in Shop displays Pan-India and in Nepal with shop areas varying from 300 to 3000 sq ft.  Website: www.gloobdecor.com/ www.facebook.com/iamgloob  Job Description:  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Achieve reasonable but aggressive sales results.  - Train, motivate and coach a team of sales consultants.  - To generate sales for home and office decor products of Gloob through retail and institutional clientele.  - To execute go to market strategies for generating sales and promotion for Gloob products.  - Responsible for identifying, appointing, developing &nurturing distributors.  - Understand the market, the customer and the competition.  - Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals.  - Direct sales focus to identify and uncover opportunities.  - Ensure each sales consultant is equipped and driven to fulfill clients' present and future needs through consultative engagement and solutions selling.  - Foster an environment of open communication.  Desired skills:   - 1+ year's successful experience in sales with a consistent proven track record of exceeding quota expectations.  - Successful business to business sales management experience preferred.  - Outstanding communication skills and presence  - Ability to start and train immediately.  Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers from tier 1 institutes can apply, e.g. IIT, IIM, Top 10 B schools )  Currently hiring for: Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore  Interested candidates can apply with:  Current location: Current CTC: Expected CTC: Notice period:
