The enterprise has more than 50 Shop in Shop displays Pan-India and in Nepal with shop areas varying from 300 to 3000 sq ft.   Website: www.gloobdecor.com | www.facebook.com/iamgloob   www.flipspaces.com   www.flipskool.com   Roles & Responsibility:   Regional Business Manager @ Gloob Decor | Location- Kathmandu - 1 position  Job Description:  Gloob is now on an expansion spree and seeking self starters who can engage volume business by way of Projects and Channel Network.  Roles & Responsibilities:  - Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.   - To generate sales for home and office decor products of - Gloob- through retail and institutional clientele  - To execute go to market strategies for generating sales and promotion for - Gloob- products  - Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance   - Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement   - Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends  - Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence  - Coordinate with Zonal Business Manager/Director,Sales to enhance sales performance  - Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business  - Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance   - Provide training, educational workshops and challenging opportunities for enhancing career growth of employees  - Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team  - Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers   - Appreciate the contributions and accomplishments of sales employees through proper rewarding mechanism  - Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals  Desired skills:   - 1+ year's successful experience in sales and marketing with a consistent proven track record of exceeding quota expectations  - Successful business to business sales management experience preferred  - Outstanding communication skills and presence of mind with knowledge of local language preferred  - Ability to start and train immediately
