Job Description - The job responsibilities for the role will include :

- Participation in the drafting as well as development of annual audit plans, including development of tailored and detailed risk plans and programmes for individual audits

- Conducting international audits in accordance with the drafted plan as an individual contributor / as a part of a team

- Reporting findings to senior stakeholders via oral and written reports

- Following up on the reports, establish recommendations and status of implementation

- Other projects can include due diligence for targets considered for potential acquisition

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have :

- A CA / Equivalent international degree with 6-10 years of experience in statutory / international audit

- Big 4 + MNC experience along with international exposure is mandatory for the candidate

- Ability to travel - to the tune of 50% of the time (domestically as well as internationally)

- Strong technical, analytical and relationship building acumen

- Excellent communication skills with experience in dealing with senior level international stake holders

- Excellent audit report writing skills

- Proactive approach towards learning

- Self motivation and ability to operate as an individual contributor

- A commercial outlook

- Integrity and honesty
