- Leads the global process management capability from documenting the 'As-is' to defining the 'To-Be' process at the global and Regional level.   - Provide leadership to the process management team (4 BPE Specialists)  - Understands the connection of the process and solutions, upstream and downstream  - Support and guide Global Process Leads in defining the standardized framework as appropriate for and thus define the approach to the journey to implementation of the gold standard.  - Works with the global CI and Process analytics lead to identify and execute continuous improvement of the organization's core processes though benchmarking and standardization.  - Guide the deployment and harmonization of processes and solutions across geographies  - Leads the execution and delivery of portions of the process improvement roadmap  - Works with the Program and Change Management teams in the BPE CC to ensure full integration of process, program and change mgt standards and tools
