We at ACS Group have an opening for Global Mobility Specialist.  Please find the job description below and reply this email back in case interested, or if you would like to refer someone.  Job Title: Global Mobility Specialist  Job Type: Permanent  Client : ACS Group (Internal)  Location: Noida sector 62  Work Timings: 2:00 pm - 11 :00 PM  Job Description:  Prepare non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1Bs, L-1s, E-3s, TNs, B-1s)  Serve as a liaison with ACS Group employees and outside counsel's paralegals in connection with collection of supporting documents for non-immigrant visa petitions and green card processes  Prepare H-1B visa application materials, assist employees with visa application processes, and communicate with U.S. Consulates in India and elsewhere regarding current visa application procedures  Assist with preparation of job descriptions and requirements for PERM labor certification applications  Draft and submit Freedom Of Information Act requests as needed for H-1B visa petitions and other purposes  Job Requirements:  - Bachelor's degree or higher in a humanities or business-related field  - Fluency in written and spoken English.  - Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task  Preferred Skills:  - Prior customer/client service experience.  - Prior legal experience.  - Prior U.S. immigration experience.
