Global Mobility Analyst - Consulting Firm

Job Responsibilities :

- Calculation of lump sum allowances for one or more programs; ensuring accurate and timely data is gathered from external vendors

- Support ad hoc relocation cost calculations and estimates, budgeting requests from offices and programs, and projects focused on improvements to the allowance calculation, vendor data and cost recording processes

- Preparing individual transfer and secondment memos, within the parameters of global policies

- Track non-Partner staff on mobility initiatives, in the Mobility Online system. Input data for individual moves. Routinely verify timeliness and completeness of data and follow up with others within Mobility Services and in local offices, as needed. Provide training to local offices on appropriate data entry

- Go-to person for data mining from Mobility Online and HR Online relating to mobility. Run reports and queries and develop detailed knowledge and documentation on report specifications, definitions and data sources. Run ad-hoc queries and provide information to Program Administrators, Regional and Global Mobility Managers

- Maintenance of the Mobility Online system. Work with internal HRIS Systems staff on operational updates e.g. to dropdowns and to access for local office roles

- Maintenance and development of Mobility and HR Operations SharePoint and other internal sites

- Responsible for timely issuing survey requests to transferees and for reporting out to various stakeholders on the survey feedback

- Ownership of contact lists, email distributions and team's liaison regarding local staff access to Mobility Online

- Prepare quarterly reporting on mobility volume, and support reporting for mobility KPI's

- Support International Assignment Managers regarding reporting needs for their Programs

- Assist in monitoring mobility cost, working with the Finance function

- Support the Mobility Team members in a variety of tasks, including improving and maintaining tracking and reporting
