They are looking for a HR business partner who can liaise with the leadership, manage global stakeholders and be the single point of contact for all HR related activities of 200+ employees across 2 major business lines.  Job Description:  Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include,  - Liaise with the leadership to outline, design and deliver HR strategies for local and global stakeholders.  - Be a - business partner- and key member of the leadership team to align the HR strategy to the business goals.  - Focus on leadership development and work closely with the management team to ensure that the human resource goals are aligned with the business goals and global Hr initiatives within the set hr budgets.  - Work closely with the business to initiate, influence and drive the people engagement and initiatives.  - Close interaction and providing active support to HR Head, business heads on strategizing around compensation planning, performance management, L&D, rewards and recognitions etc. to ensure consistent implementation of decisions and lead the team to execute coordinated annual appraisal process for the business.  The Successful Applicant:  - Should have 10 to 12 years of experience as a HR business partner in the IT sector only.  - Should be an MBA (2004-2006 batches) with specialization in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 business school only  What's on Offer:  Excellent opportunity to be in a global business partnering role with a leading pharmaceutical company.
