Global Head - Transfer Pricing - Telecom

Urgently looking for Global Head-Transfer Pricing (Senior Manager level)

Purpose of the job:

- Prepare, Evaluate and Implement transfer pricing policies and guidelines of all Group Companies in India and overseas (including Africa).

- Ensure Transfer pricing compliance for all transactions that are subject to Transfer Pricing across various tax jurisdictions.

- Keep abreast of key international legislation (like OECD, various countries etc.)

- Ensure that the Group Companies are adequately represented before the tax authorities in a Transfer Pricing Audit.
