Position: Head of Global Solutions

Location: Mumbai/ Pune

The below is the mandatory Industry, Vertical and Horizontal experience, we are looking for in Solution. Should be a core BPO/BPM, ITO Solutions profile.

- Min 20+ years of senior-level experience in BPO/BPM, ITO & Consulting; Experience spanning Contact Center, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management and IT services.

- Strong domain expertise in Multiple Industries like Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, Energy & Utilities, Telecom and Retail/CPG.

- Extensive experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Continuous Improvement & BPR.

- Successfully delivered multi-million $, complex, multifunctional Transformation projects.

- C-level Connects with clients across US, UK, Europe, Australia & India.

- Global exposure, having lived and worked in the UK, US, Australia and the Middle-east.
