Role Summary:  - The role is a part of the senior leadership team and is accountable for the planning, organizing and providing direction to the Human Resources Department globally (for all 45 locations of the client worldwide).  - We're looking for an HR leader who can deal with ambiguity and unchartered territories. To be successful in the role of Group Head - Human Resources you will need to be professionally qualified with a proven track-record within a fast paced environment. What is needed is 'a light touch approach', definitely not a large corporate one size fits all.  - Candidate should be entrepreneurial business leaders. They should be fast paced, highly influential, and commercially astute. This is a highly visible, high impact position within a flat and non-bureaucratic organization, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a critical role in the future success and growth of the business.   - International experience is a must.  Key Result Areas:  - Drive the HR Function for India and International locations across Asia, Europe & Latin America. Responsible for all functions/processes/program/regulatory aspects of Human Resources  - Partner with the Leadership team for identifying key HR initiatives / processes aligning it with business objectives. Work closely with key stakeholders of the Business Units/ Geographies for the delivery of HR plans  - Implement people strategies that support the business in attracting, selecting and retaining an appropriate quality of staff across all business operations  - Drive & align HR to the business goals by identifying issues and trends, and initiating projects across the full spectrum of HR activity; measure success and value to the business.  - To oversee the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures. The individual is expected to monitor daily HR operations of the company and should be able to resolve critical business issues at a management level. Create the environment which fosters employee involvement and diversity  - Manage global and executive compensation programs in consultation with CIOO/CEO for all levels of employees in all business units.  - Anchor all growth plans for organic and inorganic growth and ensure HR processes are ready to support the business growth. Bring in functional credibility by building consistent and best-in-class HR processes  - Develop and mentor HR Team for efficient and effective performance delivery.
