About Our Client :   Our Client is a large MNC in the Financial Services space with their Global Shared Service Center based in India. They are looking to hire a Head HR Service Delivery for the same  Job Description :   Reporting to the Global Head HR, your responsibilities will include :  Managing the hire to retire cycle including technologies, processes, procedures and tools.  Executing on the HR function from a service delivery point of view  Leading all process re-engineering initiatives  Total HR operations management for all employees across the globe  Managing process and policy improvement, identifying gaps and improvisation of processes  Maintaining effective working relationships with all key global stakeholders  The Successful Applicant :   You are an MBA from a top tier business school having an overall experience of 8-10 years. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science. You should have hands on exposure in handling end to end aspects of HRSS with strong exposure to process restructuring / re-engineering. Have hands on experience of working on various ERPs (Exposure to Workday is a preference). You are strong in global stakeholder management and have handled payroll at a global level.  Global exposure is an absolute must have. Only India specific experience will not be considered.  Should have managed teams and have a strong analytic mindset and number crunching skills.
