Compensation : 70 Lacs to 1 Crore +  - Excellent Knowledge and proof of execution across Asia, US, Europe and Latin America.  - The incumbent shall be primarily responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing Compensation and Benefits programs.  - The role holder shall also monitor salary structures, ESOP structure & payments, annual & performance linked rewards, balance staffing needs with cost controls and ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision  - Design and lead the India & Global Compensation and Benefits policies and practices  - Monitor and design salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent  - Research and analyze salary trends and benefits offered by other employers in the comparator basket  - Undertake Job Evaluations to ensure that correctly align roles/ jobs to their righteous levels and rightfully justify the variation in salary between those doing different jobs within the organization  - Coordinate compensation processes - salary planning, annual variable & performance pay planning, ESOPs and various incentive scheme development  - Design, develop and implement new benefit packages - ensure competitiveness and relevance of salary structures in line with legal and statutory requirements;  - Lead various HR Projects/ Interventions  - Train and act as an internal consultant to HR Business Partners and Line Managers on matters related to Job Evaluation and Compensation and Benefits  - Lead the HR Budget process and ensure the same is in sync with Business prerogatives and Plan  - Lead the delivery of various HR reports required for Function, Business and Region (APAC/ Global) on a timely basis  - Lead and drive the overall HR IT agenda of Business in close coordination with IT and Business Leaders - drive the HR IT imperatives through Manager - IT Business Process Solution  - Effective and timely management of all Employee HRMIS, Payroll and C&B related processes  Educational Background and Work Experience :   Educational Background : Post graduate degree in Human Resources  Work Experience :  - Having 15 - 20 years of experience in HR and Compensation and Benefits, having led the function in a large corporate set up.  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective interpersonal skills with ability to connect with colleagues at different levels  - Adaptability to multi-cultural team environment as the incumbent will interact and engage with senior colleagues and stake-holders across the globe  - Should have worked in a matrix organization  Competencies :  - Business perspective / acumen  - Demonstrates awareness of changing industry, business trends, market and competitive conditions  - Displays cost and financial awareness  - Relationship building / Interpersonal skill  - Is assertive, can assert him/her at the same time keeps the relationship on track  - Resolves conflicts effectively  - Initiate and build relationship with all stake holders  - Problem solving   - Involves concerned people in decision making process when required  - Anticipates likely implications of decisions on stakeholders and deals with those effectively  - Displays sense of conviction and stands by his / her decisions if it is in the organizational interests  - Team work and team building  - Places success of the team ahead of his individual gains  - Proactively helps & supports his / her team members  - Collaborates across levels, functions and businesses  Functional expertise :  - Has in depth functional knowledge  - Displays knowledge of related functional / technical / cross functional areas  - Keeps himself / herself abreast of development in his / her functional area  - Applies his / her functional knowledge to improve business results  Execution excellence :   - Plans and prioritizes work in line with business goals  - Makes course correction & operational adjustments in the light of changing situations  Leading change :   - Welcome change and believes that change is necessary for survival and growth  - Can quickly comprehend the need for change  - Implement the change in a systematic and planned manner  - Keeps people informed about the change process and enlist their support on a sustained basis  Creativity & innovation :   - Challenges established methods and continuously looks for ways to improve upon  - Thinks out of box & comes out with new ideas  - Perseveres to implement new ideas to improve processes and products  Working relationships - Stakeholders  Internal : HR heads / Business heads / C&B team  External : C&B consultants
