They are currently the market leaders in the sector they operate in and are expanding their footprint very rapidly across the globe.  Description  Reporting to the CEO, this position will be responsible for the below:  - Work directly with the leadership team across geographies and give strategic inputs into brand development and executing communications strategies  - Own and create the organization's brand for all stakeholders by studying and influencing wide range of internal and external stakeholders  - Co-ordinate with the Brand and PR agencies (with ROI-driven intent) for timely and effective delivery to appropriately position the organization in business print, broadcast, electronic media, and social media in India as well as Globally  - Work closely with Global partners (PR Firms & Media houses) to ensure consistent communication across countries such as India, Europe, South East Asia and Middle east  - Work with internal stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into Corporate communication. Also, create tools & track progress on all such creations and initiatives  - Manage and allocate relevant budget and track ROI on all communication initiatives.  - Own tools and mediums of communication such as website, social media, leadership profiling etc.  - Work closely with the Marketing Communications and Sales teams to enable them to generate, nurture, develop and qualify leads to increase the sales funnel on a continuous basis for various geographies across the globe  Profile  - You should be a graduate or MBA from a premier institute and should have at least 8+ years of working with B2B organizations (organizations which are into Industrial automation/ Engineering/ Manufacturing would be preferred) driving both Marketing Communications & Corporate Communications.  - We definitely need someone who either has worked abroad for few years (preferably across APAC/ Europe/ US) or should have handled international market for few years.  - You should have handled a team in the past for atleast 4-5 years  - Also, from a personality perspective, you should be smart, very strong in communication, very strategic and should have an analytical bent of mind.  Job Offer  This is a Global Lead role for Communications.
