About Our Client
Our client is a global MNC bank with presence in over 50 countries and more than 70,000 employees globally. With offices in all major financial centers of the world, the bank caters to a range of financial services and has shown strong growth over the years. Our client is currently seeking a Director for Talent & Development at a global level based out of India.
Job Description
- As the Director for talent & development, you would be responsible for the bank’s offshore centers across 6 locations globally.
- You will work closely with the global business management to identify & drive strategic talent & development priorities for over 10,000 employees and manage the ongoing training needs as per the same.
- While leading a global team, key focus of the role will be to develop and drive commercially driven T&D solutions that have direct impact on the business, leadership capability and succession planning.
The Successful Applicant
- As an ideal candidate, you must carry 15-20 years of relevant HR experience with minimum 10 years as an L&D specialist.
- With professional exposure to the financial services industry, you must also be in a regional / global role currently and catering to more than 5000 employees.
- A strong commercial acumen and an objectively proven track record of delivering results are a must.
