Global Delivery Leader - Healthcare Domain - BPO

Our client is one of the leading Business Processing Outsourcing companies, looking to hire Global Delivery Leader for Health care Domain.

- Looking for candidates with proven leadership skills, hands on and keen passion to build a great Business Process Services business in the Healthcare (primarily payers) space

- Should have managed Delivery in a global services organisation with global teams

- Should have managed delivery owning P&L of 40 Mln USD and handling a team of 2000 FTE's

- Should have led multiple BPO transitions and delivery operations

- Experience in delivery in multiple geographical locations / diverse workforce will be an advantage.

Desired Profile:

Educational Background

1. Prefer candidate would have Science / Commerce background or CA

2. An MBA from good school would be an advantage

No of years of experience

1. Overall Experience: 15 - 20 years

2. Minimum years in BPO - 8 years, predominantly Healthcare Payer BPS

3. Minimum # of years in People Management role: 5 years

Role can be based in Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad.
