Global Analytics Holdings is an analytics-driven financial services company with an intense focus on serving the underbanked consumer and assisting businesses reach the underbanked consumer. We use world-class analytics, software, and a deep understanding of data to provide a range of financial services products to consumers with little or no access to credit and banking services. Our primary market is currently the UK and our development and production facilities are in Chennai, India (300 employees). We are seeking a content & training manager in India (Chennai & Noida offices) with a broad range of skills to provide content writing and training support to our India teams.
Role:
1. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services
2. Understand our business processes and procedures thoroughly
3. Create and maintain documents on our procedures and processes, training presentations and manuals, customer contact center scripts and email templates, and other related materials for all of our products and services
4. Collaborate with our operations teams to support training of customer contact center staff to assure they understand our business, follow our procedures and processes, and use scripts, email templates, and other related materials effectively
5. Train internal and external teams on new procedures and processes, scripts, email templates, and other materials
6. Collaborate with and train product development teams to enable them to develop high-quality content for new products and enhancements.
Education Background:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream, preferably in English, or Social Sciences
Experience:
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in the similar role
2. Experience in the similar role in a marketing, advertising, or customer contact center
3. Has lived and studied in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or other English-speaking country for at least 2 years
Skills:
1. Writes simply and concisely in English
2. Can understand complex financial products and services and explain them clearly to customers
3. Can identify applicable behavior theory and apply it to customer communications to induce desired customer outcomes
4. Brings creativity to solving difficult business challenges
5. Can empathize with customers in challenging financial situations and create appropriate communications to help them
6. Attention to details
Location
1. The position will be based in either our Chennai or Noida office.
2. The person will be required to work on a regular basis in our Chennai, Noida & Gurgaon offices.
3. The person may also be required to travel to our UK and US office once in a while.
