To manage the global customer relationship for Multi national customer accounts across the company, operating companies, affiliates and partners and drive profitable revenue contribution, customer satisfaction and increased market share from integrated product, service and mobile solution offerings, Identifies and pursues sales opportunities and leads which may come from meetings, clients, other sales force, vendors and others
Works with Global Service Manager to optimize the customer relationship to assist in winning new accounts, Develops an acquisition relationship plan for accounts
Sets and manages the accounts and responsible for the delivery of the P& Inputs to decisions on new propositions, product mix and services for customers
Responsible for content of proposals submitted to customer.
Looking for MBA with 10-14 years of exp in communications company
Must have P&L experience & an excellent track record of global accounts/ enterprise solution selling.
Worked abroad or worked in a global account management role for large amount of time.
Should have deep knowledge of mobile data application development and operations, technical sales background preferable.
