- Responsible for supporting the HR CoE to ensure Talent Management interventions are being designed and implemented for Business Units in timely and appropriate manner.
- Responsible for the support towards the management of Glenmark's Performance Management System and annual calendared events.
- Ensure the update and revision of PMS documents, tools, and processes as required.
- Support or participate in HR department sponsored special projects or initiatives as per annual HR plans and/or business requirements
