Job Title- Business Partner Finance  Dept : Finance  Line Manager Job Title : General Manager - Financial Planning and Business Partnering  Job Purpose :   This role will be responsible for Business Partnering and P&L delivery of Pain & Digestive portfolio.  Following will be the key responsibilities of this role:  1) Partnering with Sales and Marketing for Long-term Planning of the business  2) Monthly forecasting  3) All Analysis related to monthly results and FY forecast  4) JDE system support to be provided.  5) Partnering with the Sales and Marketing organization for delivery of various business goals  6) Part of EBT for all new projects under innovation and GMIP  7) Setting up new ways of working after Novartis business transitions into Business Partnering team  8) Represent following forums  a. MPR (With ILT every month)  b. Consensus meeting (with ILT every month)  c. Presenting in MOR (with AMA leadership every month)  d. Actual review with Finance Director  e. Quarterly meeting with Marketing on P&L- s  9) Finalizing all pricing decisions for the portfolio  Key Responsibilities :  - Delivery of Brand P&L- s  - Net sales yield workings and IFRS/SDR analysis.  - Planning and analysis of P&L for Strategic Plans basis inputs from various departments.  - Would be a business partner to procurement for Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Conversion charges along with cost allocation entries for month end.  - Would be dealing with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, New Product Teams.  - Timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of Cost of Goods Sold with meaningful analysis for commercial function  - Ownership of cost sheets both Standard & Forecast and analyzing the PPV.  - Accurate inputs to marketing teams on costs and support for A&P spends.  - Business Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Manufacturing functions  - Driving cost savings initiatives for the Business Partnering Function  - Developing meaningful analysis for the business decision support involving extraction of reports from JDE.  Knowledge/ Education / Previous Experience Required-   A. 1. Minimum Level of Education :   - Chartered Account / Cost Accountant  - Area of Specialisation- Financial planning, Business Partnering  - Minimum Level of Job-Related  Experience required :  Overall 4-5 yrs of experience. 2-3 years in a similar role in a Company of similar size and complexity is preferred.
