Job purpose :   The purpose of the job is to create our brand presence in social media. Explore the whole social media environment for opportunities and options. Set up, develop and supervise your team in order to spread social media awareness .  Duties and responsibilities :   - Design, build and maintain our social media presence  - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).  - Align company's and Digital Marketing strategy side by side .  - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.  - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.  - Launch PPC campaigns.  - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.  - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.  - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.  - Liaise with other companies for promotion and marketing.  Qualifications :   Qualifications include :  - MBA in Digital Marketing  - Additional Course in Sales (If Any)  - At least 2 years of Experience in the core field.  - Strong in Verbal and Written business communication.  Skills :   Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Marketing database and email advertising ad campaigns, Solid knowledge of Web Analytic tools, Good experience in landing pages and user funnels, Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS, Strong analytical skills, Media Planning, Coordinate with IMC, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Staffing .
