Job Description-  Research Custodian will work with a research team handling research requirements of a group of clients. The incumbent will handle various aspects of research, namely problem definition, proposal writing, designing research, designing research instruments, doing moderation as well as briefing freelancers, co-ordination with data collection and data analysis team, interpreting the data and reporting. In a nutshell, the Custodian will handle all aspects of a research project.  Candidate Skills-  The candidate should hold a Masters degree in Business Management with at least 1- 2 years- experience with a reputed market research industry.  The candidate should have an analytical mind and should be meticulous and hard-working. The candidate should have an appetite for knowledge and an open mind to accept new ideas. Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential.
