Also, I am not very inclined to hear about your educational background or degree from Ivy league institutions, neither is it compulsory for you to have domain experience.   Roles and responsibilities :   - P&L Responsibility: Responsible for the overall performance and take full charge of the P&L of your department.  - Client relationship management : Should interact on a regular basis with existing clients, manage them and support their needs.   - Sales : Should go and pitch the service to Independent Fashion Designers including young and emerging designers or new and upcoming designers in the market and get them on-board.   - Business Targets : Should come up with targets through market research, take responsibility of delivering them in the given time   - Leadership : Should be a team player and have a natural ability to lead and take initiatives as well as execute them first before delegating.   - Business Strategy : Should contribute actively to strategy discussions  No matter how good your profile is, if you don't have the following three traits, then it's better you look for something else, that suits your skill sets more.   A) PASSION - to do something different in life that can build value & instigate change  B) PERSEVERANCE - No matter how hard it gets, you NEVER EVER EVER - EVER give-up  C) EXECUTION - You place execution above everything else and you show everyone how you can nail it  Think Hard, If you think that you have these three qualities, only then read further.
