Primary Skill (Must) :

- Candidate should possess 8-10 years of experience in software development processes

- Extensive experience in ASP.Net, C#, WCF, MVC and SQL with proven proficiency in designing and solutioning complex solutions

- Experience in technologies MVC Framework, Java Script, JQuery, Ajax & Controls, CSS

- Strong understanding and implementation of object-oriented programming

- Experience of working in n-Tier architecture

- Strong understanding of various design and architectural patterns to build application front end

- Understanding and implementing fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

- Good understanding of software development methodology and release processes

- Should be able to translate story and use cases into functional products

- Has managed and lead delivery for a team of 5-8 individuals

- Assess risk and identify mitigation plans

- Leadership experience with proven ability to develop team members and enhance team performance

- Ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex problems when developing solutions with the ability to see the big picture

- Leading and mentoring the Technical Support Team, performing scheduled staff reviews, communicating and adhering to procedures, policies and goals

- Monitoring queues and assisting with daily goals and conducting quality control to reduce errors to improve procedures

- Handling escalated issues from customers

Secondary Skills (Preferred) :

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools TFS

- Good understanding of continuous integration

- Proven ability to work in a rapid release production environment

- Document and maintain software functionality

Role Description (Roles & Responsibilities) :

- Work with customer facing team to determine root cause of issues, provide recommendations for mitigation and apply fixes as appropriate

- Interaction with product teams to understand the functionality & technical implementation of the product to provide right resolution to the issue

- Troubleshooting issues across environments and provide the resolutions as per predefined SLAs

- Responsible for monitoring, optimizing and performance tuning of production environments.

- People and delivery management for a team of 5-8 individuals

- Risk assessment and mitigation and reporting

- Manage team delivery and adherence to company processes

- Escalation management and stakeholder communication
